Our Founder

Julie Topp Faison is an accomplished distributor representative, mill rep and broker with over 30 years experience in the packaging industry. She began her career as a sales representative with a national wholesale paper distributor and has since represented large (3M, James River), mid-size, and start up manufacturing firms. Over the years, Julie has gained an extensive knowledge of the flexible packaging industry and its processes.

Building on the long-term relationships with a group of solid packaging manufacturers and distributors, Julie established The Topp Group in January 2003. As a packaging brokerage firm, Julie and the Topp Group team are known for their professionalism and absolute dedication to product quality and customer service.
